After purchase, your tickets are immediately available in your dashboard under "My Tickets." Each ticket includes a downloadable PDF with a unique QR code for verification. For virtual events, you'll also receive access details via email.

Absolutely. We use Authorize.net, a leading payment processor, with Accept.js technology. Your card details are tokenized on the client side and never touch our servers, ensuring PCI-compliant security for every transaction.

Each ticket comes with a unique QR code. At the event, organizers scan the QR code to verify your ticket's validity. The verification page shows your ticket details and status in real time.

Currently, tickets are issued to the account that purchased them. For group bookings or purchasing on behalf of others, please contact our support team for assistance.

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you'll be notified via email and your ticket status will be updated. Refunds are processed automatically according to the event's cancellation policy.

Click the "Register" button in the top navigation, fill in your details, and you're ready to go! You can also register during the checkout process if you're purchasing tickets.
